6/26/2025 – Canning Freshly Picked Green Beans
Last night while my wife slept, I canned our freshly picked green beans. Yesterday’s picks filled seven 1-quart size jars perfectly. The jars will sit for 24 hours and then we’ll remove the rings and make sure we have solid seals. Today the plan is to pickle cucumbers. Read more

6/25/2025 – Preparing for Fall
We are preparing for a Fall Garden by setting up the light stand to start Tomato, Pepper, and Eggplants. We have some fast-growing varieties which should mature with plenty of time to harvest before the first possible frost.
